Our client is seeking an experienced conveyancer to provide locum support on a range of residential and commercial property transactions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, and forward thinking law firm. The right candidate would be expected to drive growth in the department.
As a qualified, professional conveyancing solicitor, youll specialise in property law and will work on behalf of our clients buying or selling houses, flats, business premises or land in England and Wales.
Requirements
Our client is seeking someone who is both capable and confident in working alone and able to hit the ground running picking up an existing caseload. Furthermore, our client also requires the following skills:
- At least 3 years PQE
- Knowledge of all current statutory and regulatory requirements
- Ensure all conveyancing transactions comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements
