THE ROLE

Regional Sales Manager UAE
Location: Dubai UAE
Role reports to: VP Sales
Experience: 7 14 years

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling the UAE Territory specific to Dubai Northern Emirates and Qatar
  • You will specifically be responsible for acquiring and managing key strategic accounts in the region. Driving and Building
Relationships with Key stake holders
  • Manage sales cycle from initial contact through to initial qualification.
  • Commitment to continually building a pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Be accountable for your activity and meet and exceed targets. Ownership of quarterly annual revenue numbers
  • Develop and maintain detailed account plans for all strategic accounts.
  • Strategize and build large deals in identified set of accounts.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting by demonstrating understanding of prospect/Customers sales cycles from initial
contact through to the procurement process.
  • Proactively lead account planning activities with focused partners internal teams like marketing customer success teams
that develop mutual performance objectives financial targets and critical milestones associated with a productive
engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with our presales customer success teams to meet regions sales goals including new logo
acquisition and upsell.
  • Should be strong in sales hygiene like documentation CRM updating maintaining minimum 3X pipeline of the quota in

Requirements:

  • With a minimum of 714 years of experience of Direct Customer Engagement.
  • Bachelors degree in business Engineering or similar field of study. MBA (preferable)
  • Experience with large account management is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver sustainable sales quarter on quarter.
  • Prior Knowledge/experience of enterprise security domain would be an advantage.
  • Good connects with customer in large enterprises especially with CIO/CDO/CISOs
  • Ability to develop CXO relationships generate pipeline and selfmotivated to drive relationship at all customer levels.
  • Strong desire to work in a fastpaced environment. Strong verbal written communication and presentation skills
  • Language Arabic will be an added advantage
