Regional Manager

• Responsible for managing the region's business, store, people and customer insights, identifying gaps and opportunity points, and providing feedback on market information
• Responsible for developing retail strategies, including coverage strategies, people and goods strategies, and experience service strategies
• Responsible for achieving sales targets in the region under his jurisdiction, including overall ST/SO targets, flagship targets, and share targets
• Responsible for developing competitive retail and marketing programs in the region, and establishing good customer
• Responsible for managing the sales team in the region, including team building, management, empowerment, motivation, and inheriting Glory culture
• Responsible for the implementation of the 4P strategy in the region, forming an iron triangle with the channel manager and retail manager, providing timely feedback on the implementation results and improving

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Related field
• 3 years of proven experience as a Channel Manager (Carrier device Services Industry)
