- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Optional Masters and MBA degree would be added advantage
- Proven professional experience in a similar role.
- Excellent command of English. Arabic would be an added advantage.
- You have familiarity with power systems, electrical machines, gearmotors and drives technology.
- Ability to drive and travel intensively around the region & available to business trips within the Middle East and also internationally.
- 10 years plus experience in sales & marketing of Motors & Drive Application and system Business with End User sector, OEM And EPC. Optional: Min 5 years of Project Management Experience in Drive Systems Business and has worked on project Opportunities with the involvement of virtual teams.
- Analytical thinking, decision-making, change orientation, and good communication skills
- At least 2-4 years of intercultural/international experience.
- Self-starter with a digital, innovative and growth mindset who is ready to actively drive and shape our future company’s culture
