RECRUITMENT & SOURCING OFFICER

We are looking for a results-driven recruiter with staffing agency experience to deliver technical specialist and bulk hiring requirements across oil & gas defense engineering manufacturing construction and other sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Source screening and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn ATS job portals referrals and international talent networks.
  
• Deliver qualified shortlists within agreed timelines across vacancies.
  
• Maintain accurate ATS records and trackers flagging hiring risks and delays early.
  
• Achieve strong CV-to-interview offer-to-joining and placement conversion ratios.
  
• Coordinate with clients hiring managers and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements agree priorities and secure timely feedback.
  
• Support assigned client accounts through regular updates responsive communication and resolution of recruitment issues.
  
• Manage candidate engagement from submission through interviews offers and successful joining.
  

• 25 years recruitment experience preferably within staffing outsourcing or recruitment agencies.
  
• Proven delivery of technical engineering or industrial recruitment assignments.
  
• Strong sourcing screening stakeholder coordination and client relationship skills.
  
• Ownership of deadlines hiring targets and placement outcomes.
  
• UAE recruitment exposure preferred; ATS experience is an advantage.
