Recruitment Officer

1- Design and update the job description

2- Search for potential candidates from various online sources (such as social media and professional platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)

3- Crafting recruitment letters to attract potential candidates

4- Examining incoming CVs and application forms

5- Interviewing candidates (by phone, video, and in person)

Preparing and distributing numerical, linguistic and logical thinking tests and tests -6

7- Announcing the vacancy promotion on the company’s job page, through social media, and on job boards, in addition to promoting it internally within the company.

8- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

9- Sending job offer letters and responding to inquiries about compensation and benefits

10- Monitor key human resources indicators, including time to fill positions, time to hire, and source of recruitment

11- Participating in career fairs and organizing recruitment events within the company

12- Collaborate with managers to determine future staffing needs

13- Working as a consultant for new employees and helping them integrate into work
