- Minimum of 8 years' experience in managing recruitment projects and activities.
- Experience in UAE labor laws, and work permit rules and requirements.
- Excellent background in engineering fields recruitment preferably in aviation and/or defense sector if possible.
- Excellent knowledge and background of Emiratization scheme and requirements.
- Excellent experience and knowledge of mass recruitment and recruitment campaigns (locally & internationally overseas).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English).
- Excellent project management skills.
- Excellent computer and presentation skills.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
