Brand new role to work for one of UAE largest organizations, operating across variety of industries!

This role is all about working closely with business units to understand recruiting needs and ensure top quality candidates are being sourced, interviewed and presented by you, whilst ensuring the brand is well represented and manage independently the full recruitment process.

You will work in a forward thinking, dynamic talent team, and we require experience hiring mid-senior level roles across any of manufacturing, steel production, glass manufacturing, modular construction, construction, is essential.

Accountabilities:

• Partner and manage stakeholder expectations, understand business requirements and deliver as per expectations.
• Maintain a high quality and calibre of candidates
• Have a consultative approach with businesses and avoid bias in hiring the right talent
• Maintain a healthy diversity mix
• Handle the full recruitment process from head hunting until closure and onboard
• Work with internal team for visa and other requirements
• Close the full cycle of communication and ensure business is well aware of recruitment stage and status
• Participate in manpower meetings and develop monthly and quarterly plans
• Ensure smooth functioning of the recruitment process and timely closure of roles

Skills required:

• Fluency in English and Arabic
• 5 years of experience in Recruitment across varies industries and full cycle
• Assertive, focused, ability to handle clients,work under pressure and close roles independently.
• Ability to Headhunt, Cold-call and resource through network and other sources such as linkedin/job boards etc…
• Experience of recruiting for mid and senior level roles
• Experience in recruiting for any of: manufacturing, steel production, glass manufacturing, modular construction, construction
