- Organize and lead recreational activities for guests, such as fitness classes, group exercises, sports activities, and outdoor adventures
- Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with their inquiries and requests
- Keep track of equipment inventory and report any maintenance issues
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in recreational activities
- Assist in organizing special events and themed activities for guests
