Reconciliation Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Verify, allocate, and post transaction details from source documents.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise in reconciliations.
• Monitor and maintain account balances to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on reconciliation activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve reconciliation-related issues.
• Support the Finance team in creating and implementing efficient processes and procedures.
  

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
