Oversee the onboarding of new employees who join ADCB directly and directly undertake the onboarding of new senior managers to ensure that all new employees have the best onboarding journey, in addition to ensuring that all relevant policies, procedures and processes are up to date and comply with HR best practices and UAE labor laws. Implement improvement based on feedback from new hires and other stakeholders to continuously improve and deliver a first-class onboarding experience.
Preparing new employees
Conduct the senior management onboarding process across the bank, coordinating and acting as an advisor to new employees to ensure they join ADCB in line with procedures to ensure they receive career guidance, induction and a positive first impression of the bank.
Oversee the overall onboarding process for new employees, organizing and coordinating orientation programs with the learning team to ensure all requirements are met.
Providing new employees with all necessary information and required work materials, including work schedules and contract information, upon request, and providing employees with answers to any work-related questions in order to help them resolve any issues they may encounter and ensure each new employee feels welcome.
Team management
Manage onboarding team activities, to ensure service standards are maintained while building on existing synergies with all relevant internal stakeholders.
