Job Description

- Assist in the preparation of sales and marketing materials for real estate properties.
- Communicate and negotiate with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate and schedule property viewings for potential buyers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all real estate transactions.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure all legal requirements are met for property purchases and sales.
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on market developments and build a network of potential clients.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends, pricing, and legal requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
