Job Description

- Provide excellent customer service
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers
- Research, analyze, and assess real estate properties
- Negotiate purchase and rental agreements with landlords and sellers
- Help customers identify appropriate properties to purchase and rent
- Ensure all paperwork related to transactions is completed and accurate
- Navigate all regulatory obstacles related to property sales and rentals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous Real Estate experience preferred
- Strong professional communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
