Job Summary
Forty M Real Estate LLC is looking for a motivated Real Estate Agent with **12 years of proven real estate experience** and knowledge of both **off-plan and secondary markets** to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will assist clients with buying selling and renting properties build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist clients with buying selling and leasing residential and commercial properties.
* Understand clients requirements and recommend suitable properties.
* Arrange and conduct property viewings and project presentations.
* Generate leads through networking referrals calls and property enquiries.
* Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong client relationships.
* Negotiate offers and coordinate transactions between buyers sellers landlords and tenants.
* Build relationships with property owners developers and investors.
* Stay informed about Dubai property trends new launches and community developments.
* Coordinate transaction documentation in accordance with company procedures and applicable real estate regulations.
* Work towards agreed sales and leasing targets.
**Requirements**
* 12 years of proven real estate experience; Dubai market experience is preferred.
* A solid understanding of both off-plan and secondary market sales is mandatory.
* Evidence of relevant experience such as employment references or a verifiable track record of closed deals.
* Strong communication negotiation and customer service skills.
* A proactive approach to lead generation and client follow-up.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
