Location: Sharjah Al Nahda Qualifications & Requirements: • Filipino Lady • Age: 20 – 25 years old • Proficient in computer operations and applications such as Outlook &MS Office (Word & Excel). • Able to handle work pressure extremely dedicated to work, can work in a multi-cultural environment. • Efficient, focus and consistent at work. • Articulate in English speaking and writing Duties and Responsibilities 1. Welcoming guest and clients in a polite manner. 2. Answering and directing company calls 3. Answering company emails 4. Maintaining office cleanliness 5. Provide Administrative support to Property Manager for executing contract renewal and new rentals. 6. Promote properties for sale and rent in listing website and social media. 7. Maintain all Tenancy files with Tenant and Tenancy details in physical and cloud files. 8. Follow company Policies & Procedures relating to Rentals, Renewals, Cheque Bounce etc. 9. Escalate tenancy and Maintenance matters to property manager for further dealings. 10. Manage the Open/Close status of Maintenance complaints and follow up with Maintenance team for pending jobs. 11. Contact Tenants on random basis to check tenants satisfaction levels after completion of a Maintenance Job.
