Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Finance industry.
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, General Ledger, Month-end Closing, Quarter-end Close, Year-end Close, Expense Reporting, State Compliance, Annual Budgeting, Real Estate Industry Experience, and Affordable Housing Experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
