Hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or any related engineering discipline.
Excellent skills in using quantitative and estimation software such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
Deep knowledge of the foundations of estimating quantities and costs in construction projects.
Ability to read and analyze engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Good communication skills and ability to interact with the work team, engineers and contractors.
