Study contract documents, specifications, drawings, BOQ/s and approved measurement styles.
Studying plans at tender or construction stage and preparing quantity requirements.
Initiate proper survey to quantities from concept drawings, Tender drawings, workshop drawings and prepare workable BOQ/s.
Prepare the comprehensive clarifications from the scope of the work to send to Client.
Controlling and processing day to day correspondence with suppliers and or with clients
Quantity Take Off (QTO), Material Take Off (MTO), Re-bar Schedules.
