- Cost management and contract administration for multiple projects.
- Conduct thorough analysis of project costs, variations, and claims.
- Provide advice on contractual matters and liaise with stakeholders.
- Provide cost estimation, tendering, and procurement strategies.
- Prepare accurate BofQ's, and develop detailed tender documentation.
- Assess project risks and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Evaluate subcontractor bids, negotiate contracts, and ensure the best value.
- Monitor project budgets, track costs, and provide regular reports
