QUANTITY SURVEYOR – COMMERCIAL FIT-OUT

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial interior fit-out experience to join our team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs cost estimation quotations tendering variations progress billing vendor coordination and overall commercial management of projects.

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs for commercial fit-out projects.
  
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and project costing.
  
• Prepare competitive quotations for new project inquiries.
  
• Review drawings specifications and BOQs to identify project requirements.
  
• Analyse project costs and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
  

• Prepare and review tender documents.
  
• Analyse scope of work specifications and commercial requirements.
  
• Obtain and evaluate competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
  
• Prepare detailed comparative statements and commercial analysis.
  
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for commercial requirements.
  
• Support vendor evaluation and appointment processes.
  

• Prepare submit and manage variation orders.
  
• Identify additional works and maintain proper variation documentation.
  
• Prepare and submit progress billings.
  
• Monitor project costs and commercial status.
  
• Coordinate with project teams regarding completed works and billing requirements.
  

• Coordinate closely with project managers engineers and site teams.
  
• Handle material and vendor-related commercial activities.
  
• Follow up with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations and commercial submissions.
  
• Ensure commercial information is accurate and submitted on time.
  

• Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering Architecture or a related field.
  
• Minimum 5 years of UAE/Dubai experience in a similar QS role.
  
• Strong experience in commercial interior fit-out projects is preferred.
  
• Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs costing quotations and tendering.
  
• Hands-on experience with variations and progress billing.
  
• Experience in vendor quotation evaluation and comparative statements.
  
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
  
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  
• Ability to read and understand construction/interior drawings.
  
• Valid UAE Driving License Mandatory.
