- Cost Estimation: Analyze project requirements, dwgs, specifications, and other documentation to estimate the costs of materials, labour, equipment, and other resources required for construction.
- Quantity Takeoff: calculating activities such as excavation, concrete pouring, steel reinforcement, etc.
- Vendor and Subcontractor Negotiation: They liaise with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services required for the project.
