Job Description

- Plan, develop and design policies and procedures as per international standards in consultation with concern teams/departments.
- Be responsible to review policies as Hospital wide or departmental as applicable
- Be responsible to avoid duplication or contradiction between policies.
- Track authorization and approval of the policies, manuals, and forms.
- Identify needs for developing new policies.
- Provide support and act as resource person to the facilities within the Hospital for documentation issues.
- Report compliance status of the documentation within the facility.
- Assist in design control and amendment of all documentation in the Hospital.
- Ensure that agreement of concurrence between departments are in place.
- Ensure that all the policies, forms and manuals are standardized across the Hospital.
- Act as resource unit for the policies as demanded by different areas.
- Be responsible to monitor timely update/ review of the Job Descriptions and credentials.
- Be responsible to review forms as Hospital wide or departmental.
- Be responsible to review medical files as open and closed.
- Develop quality guideline/check list for documentation review.
- Always maintains confidentiality.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management
