Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Perform quality control checks and tests on raw materials, including chemical analysis, dimensional measurements, hardness testing, and other relevant tests using various instruments and equipment.
2. Conduct inspections and tests on in-process steel products at different stages of production to identify any defects or deviations from quality standards.
3. Perform final inspections on finished steel goods, verifying adherence to customer specifications and industry standards.
4. Document all test results and data accurately and maintain detailed records of quality control activities and inspections.
5. Analyze test data and results to identify trends or areas of concern and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
