Work Experience Required:
1.At least 3 yrs of work experience in a supervisory to senior staff level.in a reputable and ISO9001:2015ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001:2018 certified manufacturing organization with a complement of at least 160 employees.
2.High level of expertiseproficiency and handson work experience in establishingimplementing and maintaining ISO 9001:2015ISO14001:2015 and ISO4500118:00 standard within manufacturing environment
-Takes an active role in stimulating quality and productivity improvement projects through process and equipment changes -utilizing proven quality engineering techniques -Design and conduct periodic audits of quality system procedures, standard operating procedures, and purchased components to insure compliance with quality system requirements and appropriate specifications -Analyze individual product/process quality cost components and advise suppliers and design engineering personnel on cost/quality improvement potential -Participate in the preparation of annual quality improvement plans necessary to perpetuate an effective group quality process -Participate in developing and implementing Quality Systems
