- Updating and analyzing the results of the customer satisfaction surveys.Controlling the QMS documents and managing and documenting any changes.Assisting the QHSE Manager in launching the yearly internal audit, analyzing the audit results and closing the Observations and the NCRs.Handling all the internal NCRs in-between the departments and setting proper correction and corrective actions before closure.To respond to employees’ environmental and safety concerns.
