Job Qualifications
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated experience of rigorously executing and continuously improving systems to eliminate losses and drive meaningful business results
- Advantageous to have experience of working with/in Quality Assurance and Lab environments, ideally within a manufacturing site
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional Teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Self-motivated with the ability to work to handle different priorities and tight deadlines
- Ability to develop procedures and standards that are easy to follow and an eye for detail when reviewing documents/standards
