- Monitor all operations that affect quality.
- Oversee the quality control process for aquatic live animal production and processing.
- Ensure all legal standards are met, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and local laws.
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities and operations. Supervise and guide inspectors, technicians, and other staff.
