Qualifications

What you will need:

We are looking for an individual who brings breadth of experience, a curiosity about payments, is results-driven and client-focused. As a candidate, you should have:

• 12 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree, 8 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD)
• Previous experience in payment is a mandatory requirement for this role. It would be preferred if the candidate has worked with cross functional team, fintech, big-tech or has lead creation of new payment ecosystem from ground-up.
• Important to the role is a client-oriented mindset when developing solutions while having a strong commercial understanding of a network business and application of leading payment technologies.
• Proven track record for growing new business, exceptional stakeholder skills and a market-focused approach and, challenge and inspire colleagues.
• This individual must be able to independently manage working-level relationships whilst being comfortable to present to executives, both for internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Ability to influence and negotiate to drive results, using analytics to measure performance against key initiatives.
• Prior experience in QR payment, fintech or, product management role would be advantageous but not mandatory.
