QA Specialist for UAE

VAM Systems is currently looking for QA Specialist for our UAE operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions: Qualifications Required education, minimum work years experience Degree in IT specific domain Engineering background is a plus 5+ years work experience with knowledge of and experience in Telecom, ICT, B2C and B2B sectors 1+ years experience with digital transformation [business and technology transformation] must have worked on legacy to new era/digital transformation, including scoping MVP Worked in agile design and delivery, CI/CD environment and experience in designing large-scale high performance and distributed web applications Technical skills Required: Essential skills in order to be successful in the role Comprehensive expertise across the Telco-IT full stack landscape [Digital, BSS, OSS, ESS] Experience of working with Third party vendors Possesses a strong understanding of the digital ecosystem (e.g. self-service, self-care and e-commerce) Possesses strong leadership traits and is able to negotiate and influence business alignment with the IT technology strategy Solid business acumen and a structured analytical thinker Strong relationship management skills Strong analytical skills and Jira/Confluence expertise Desirable Possesses a consulting and design thinking mindset to support as well as challenge the business Able to act as change agent to facilitate the coordination efforts between business and IT Responsibilities Supporting the QA Lead in overseeing the testing vendor Reviewing the test vendors dashboards and outputs to ensure correctness and quality Attending planning meetings Ensures that appropriate analysis of the requirements is carried out, that the requirements are well-shaped and written Works with peers within the business teams and the IT teams to ensure awareness of the architectural aspect Proposes potential adoption of new thinking and technologies [supported by EA] to address business needs across the organization Works with stakeholders to articulate and affirm the implications of organizational business strategies on the architecture Works with internal and external teams (vendors) for effective unblocking of issues and managing interdependencies Works on Jira/Confluence to ensure proper tracking and reporting of deliverables Manage backlog, facilitate prioritization and feed into the Delivery Engine for proper release planning Terms and conditions Joining time frame: (15 - 30 days) The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems - UAE and shall be deputed to one of the Organizations in UAE.
