Requirements
- Proven experience as a QA Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the field of autonomous systems or transportation.
- Strong technical background with expertise in C++ and Python programming languages.
- Solid understanding of software quality assurance processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
