- Oversee and coordinate Employer QAteam activities to implement QMS requirements during Project execution.
- Review contractors Project Quality Plan and ensure continuous improvement to the plan as appropriate.
- Monitor and report Contractors’ Quality management performance.
- Audit and monitor all Contractor Quality Programmes, advice the Discipline Supervisors, Field Superintendents and Site Manager of any shortfalls and provide specialist support
