Job Description

- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for construction projects.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Review and approve quality-related documentation, such as material submittals and testing reports.
- Monitor and assess construction activities to ensure they align with approved plans and specifications.
- Identify and document non-compliance issues, and work with project teams to develop corrective action plans.
- Conduct audits of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure they meet quality requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality-related documentation.
- Generate reports detailing QA/QC findings, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
- Provide timely updates to project stakeholders on quality performance.
- Provide guidance and training to project teams on QA/QC processes and requirements.
- Conduct workshops or seminars to promote a culture of quality within the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Ensure that construction activities align with local, state, and federal requirements.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to address quality-related issues.
- Participate in project meetings to provide input on QA/QC matters.
