SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As a Purchasing Executive you will be responsible to manage and execute operational purchasing tasks as delegated by the Purchasing Manager in line with Group Purchasing (GP) policies principles guidelines and procedures for Indirect Materials (IM) in close cooperation with local stakeholders and GP in support of the companys business targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and plan the requirement for designated Indirect material categories based on close dialogue with relevant user departments.
- Source select and approve suppliers for designated Indirect material categories in close cooperation with relevant user departments (including supplier audits when relevant)
- Support user departments in ensuring optimal Indirect material specifications are in place.
- Ensure best possible agreements for designated Indirect material categories according to the purchasing objectives by following the Tactical Purchasing Process and utilizing relevant contract formats (including frame agreements etc.)
- Implement and follow up global or regional agreements contracts as and when relevant for the company.
- Implement the Category Management Concept for selected Indirect material categories.

Qualification :
- 12 Years of experience in Purchasing/procurement field.
- Any Bachelors Degree Supply chain management is preferable .
- Fluency in English Language (Both Verbal & Written).
