We are currently seeking a diligent and detailoriented Purchasing Assistant to join our team. The Purchasing Assistant will play a vital role in supporting our procurement activities ensuring timely and costeffective acquisition of goods and services to meet the needs of our clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills in procurement within a fastpaced and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers/vendors based on quality price and delivery speed.

Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotes negotiate prices and finalize purchase orders.

Maintain accurate records of purchases pricing and delivery information using our procurement software.

Assist in managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing excess inventory.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand their purchasing requirements and provide support as needed.

Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.

Assist in evaluating supplier performance and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and new product offerings to make informed purchasing decisions.

Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to purchasing activities for management review.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related field.

Previous experience in purchasing procurement or a related field is preferred but not required.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and experience with procurement software is a plus.

Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.

Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.

Legal authorization to work in Dubai.
