Purchase Executive

Should be able to complete procurement requirements for Steel Structure and Steel Fabrication.

Experienced in coordinating with subcontractors.

Contact material suppliers for Steel Structure drawings in Steel Fabrication Identify evaluate and establish relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.

Negotiate contracts terms and pricing agreements to secure favorable terms for the organization.

Continuously assess market trends supplier capabilities and product innovations to enhance procurement effectiveness.

Generate and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.

Ensure timely delivery of goods and services while adhering to quality standards and budgetary limitations.

Monitor inventory levels and track usage patterns to optimize stock levels and minimize wastage.

Collaborate with relevant departments to establish quality standards for purchased goods and services.

Conduct supplier audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company specifications.

Implement costsaving initiatives such as bulk purchasing supplier consolidation and alternative sourcing strategies.

Monitor contract performance resolve disputes and negotiate contract renewals or terminations as necessary.

Ensure compliance with import laws regulations and industry standards governing procurement activities.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of steel fabrication industry experience in the UAE

Must have knowledge of Steel Purchasing Consumables (Welding rods cutting disk drill machines etc)

Bachelor s degree in business administration or a related field.

Strong negotiation skills and ability to build effective relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
