Upskills Rising Talent (URT) program is designed to accelerate the young and talented graduates to enter and start their careers with the aspiration to empowering breakthrough innovation in Financial Services.

With a strong Front to Back expertise of the cash and derivatives markets, coupled by an in-depth knowledge of financial markets technologies, we provide smart, business-wise and efficient solutions.

Why join our URT program?

The URT program is a 12 monthly program aiming to develop and nurture you to be a business consultant for capital market trading and risk management. You will have the opportunity to work with major financial institutions and the world s top trading technology providers such as Murex. You will be put through systematical training with our experienced consultant to provide 1-2-1 mentorship throughout the program.

Who we are looking for?

• A fast learner preferably from Financial Engineering, Quantitiative Finance, Banking and Finance or ICT or STEM disciplines
  
• Excellent communication and analytic skills
  
• Have some knowledge on financial products such as forwards, futures, swaps, bonds and options.
  
• Having a mindset to challenge the status quo and willing to stretch self where needed.
  
• A flexible team player and be respect each other as a unique individual
  
• Enjoy developing social skills and having fun at work
