ReadyMix Pump Controller

Our esteemed client a front runner in the construction materials sector specializing in building materials is currently seeking a skilled ReadyMix Pump Controller. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of concrete pumps on construction sites you will play a vital role in delivering concrete to designated areas according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Central Dispatch for daily Pump requirement schedule and job site list.

Manually assign Operators/Pumps to specific job sites.

Fill monitoring sheets according to Plan vs. Actual.

Review Pump sheets from Operators and submit them to Fleet Coordinator for Pumps.

Coordinate and assist Operators with site issues (conditions disputes pump units etc.).

Oversee Safety compliance and observe unsafe behavior of personnel on sites.

Reallocate mobile pump after completing concrete pump deliveries.

Provide feedback on pouring conditions to Pumps Superintendent and Central Dispatch.

Conduct weekly TBT (Take 5/Take 5 for drivers) and daily safety huddle.

Help maintain cleanliness of equipment and working areas.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

Completion of 102 academic qualifications. Strong logical thinking skills required.

Minimum of 1 year of experience working with ReadyMix Concrete.

Computer skills are a must.

Familiarity with batch plant operations.

Understanding of concrete products materials and production processes

Basic knowledge of safety protocols

Proficiency in English (mandatory)

Proficiency in Hindi/Urdu (optional)

Contract Duration: One year (renewable)
