Job Description:


The role of a Public Relations Officer (P.R.O.) is to carry out all the activities for the official collection and submission of government applications as well as the processing of a variety of legal documents promptly.


Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and delivery of the necessary visas and residency permit extraction and renewal of passports with the administration and the offices of Labor and others concerning that.
  • Knowledge of new and renewal of labor contracts and labor cards License renewal and all related procedures of the companies in DED Directorate of Residence and Foreign Affairs Dubai Courts and GDRFA services (typing visa change status stamping )
  • Experience in typing and assistance with Medical & Emirates ID insurance police good conduct certificate
  • Preparation and followup request visas for employees of the Company or clients of the company
  • Management and followup electronically and in practice about the Internet pages Labour Office ranges passports and other residents concerning the company work.
  • Makes sure all business and trade Licenses are updated follow official approvals and permits to prevent unnecessary violations.
  • Handing share transfers change of company officeholders and amendments to MOAs change of company name change of license activity and so on Arranging licenses and liaising with Government entities.

Requirements


  • 5 years experience and of strong background in the U.A.E. Labour & immigration law.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with Governmental Authorities and external parties
  • Good computer proficiency (MS Office Word Excel and Outlook) Excellent computer skills and IT knowledge of all Government official smart apps edirham egovernment applications and other Electronic Funds Transfer.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary team service
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines and standard accepted practices
  • Strong and excellent in both English & Arabic Language and typing skills are considered as a plus.
