- Supporting the employees through the process of Saudi Arabia and Qatar residence permits /busines/visit visa applications by providing information of the visa being applied for, process steps, documents required, visa fees and key information.
- Setting expectations on expected processing times and clearly communicate / escalate delays as required
- Monitoring systematic changes to Iqama/QID/visas processes and ensure that OW standard templates are updated to reflect any changes.
- Keeping all internal stakeholders (business, HR, recruiting, etc) updated on process changes as they affect business timelines and policies.
