ACCESS PT is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our dynamic Inpatient team at Anthony Community Hospital in Warwick, NY. This is a great opportunity to pick up some extra hours working with a team in a friendly, smaller We are looking for a candidate that is flexible to cover 2 weekend days/month for 4-8 The flexibility to cover Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday evenings between the hours of 5:00pm to 7:00/8:00pm is a plus!

Physical Therapist Day to Day:
- Build meaningful connections with your patients
- Develop customized plans of care based on the most up-to-date, evidence-based practices and treatments
- Provide timely communication with referral sources and patients
- Set and achieve professional goals and career growth
Physical Therapist Position Requirements:
- Physical therapist, current or pending, license in State of New York
- Degree in physical therapy from accredited physical therapy program
- Excellent communication skills
- Authorization to work in the US will assist with H1 visa transfer
