- Work with asset management to execute business plans
- Manage vendor contracts and service agreements
- Foster tenant relations through customer service and addressing requests
- Assist construction management with capital projects
- Prepare annual budgets and operating expense calculations
- Manage monthly tenant rent statements and accounts receivable
- Process and approve weekly accounts payable
- Administer leases
