Property and Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities: Experience in property management and maintenance of commercial properties and buildings and grounds. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team as well as independently. • Demonstrated ability in the coordination and supervision of teams, including the routine timetabling and prioritizing of staff and teams. • Demonstrated time management, planning, communication (oral and written), competent computer skills, and interpersonal skills • Experience and knowledge in the requirements of essential services management. • Experience in the planning and project management of large construction projects, including the management of contractors, collaboration with Government organisations and architects. • Experience driving medium rigid vehicles, including bus driving in city centres and the transport of individuals
