Understanding the construction plan of the

Identifying the raw material and manpower

Supervising along with the contractor the construction

Managing daily activities on the

Ensuring the subcontractors are following the

Ensuring the raw materials used are as per the

Working in collaboration with Engineers, Architects, Contractors, and other team

Providing recommendations on improving efficiency and reducing

Negotiating with the Contractors and vendors for the best

Coming up with technical solutions for problems that are causing a delay in the

Maintaining the documentation of the construction

Filing documents to the local jurisdiction as and when

Presenting the reports to the Project Leaders and

Adhering to all the environmental and safety

Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related

A valid drivers license will be

Proficiency in Computer-aided drafting (CAD)

Ability to work independently as well as in a
