- Provide on-site leadership and supervision, overseeing day-to-day operations and coordinating construction activities to meet project goals
- Proficient in Civil Marine works, Breakwater, Quay Wall, Backfilling, Sheet Piles, Caissons Block, Culverts, and Causeway construction methods and quality standards
- Collaborate with Project Manager and Construction Manager to ensure efficient resource allocation, adherence to safety protocols, and timely completion of tasks
- Monitor and report project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise during construction
