- Project management from pre-initiation to closure, following internal project management guidelines and milestones.
- Management of cost, timeline and scope of the assigned projects.
- Managing communications with all project stakeholders
- Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the project - focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the project, and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other project and corporate, technical and specialist standards
- Managing the project budget on behalf, monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered and realized benefits as the project progresses.
- Facilitating the appointment and management of resources of the project team.
- Managing internal and external resources to the project
