Project Manager - NSR Associates

The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager for a position within a medium sized Construction Contractor based in Dubai whose main focus is high end residential new builds and refurbishments projects. Reporting into the Managing Director you will take full responsibility for the projects from tender award to final fit out and accounts. You will have the knowledge and previous experience to see issues before they occur. Be that driving design progress or quality of workmanship from the supply chain. Major duties and responsibilities: Planning and successfully delivering industrial projects Programming You will be able to write your own program Procurement & Supply Chain Strong IT & Computer skills from Word Excel & Email Site management while supervising and coordinating staff subcontractors plant materials and management information Maintaining strict quality control procedures Reporting on financial and operational progress

Requirements

• The right person will understand team spirit and have the ability to get the most out everyone them. Career progression up to a director position could certainly be achieved for the right character that is open to travel can deliver under pressure and can produce strong relationships and create repeat clients. The correct individual would have a passion for construction with a cando attitude. Experience Required: Previous projects with Main Contractors Strong communication skills CSCS SMSTS First Aid Clear experience for a buildings main contractor working within the build/interior fit outside.
