The Cyber Security Project Manager and Trainer is responsible for defining, developing the project and training throughout its life cycle while striving to ensure national and international standardization.
- Ensures that services meet customer expectations
- Provides the best responses to strategic, technical, price and financing forecasts in the market.
- Manages, leads and develops the customer relationship for the current project
- Coordinates the development and approval of several sales and communication tools. Supports the marketing and sales teams in project promotion and sales procedures.
• Provide classroom teaching, conferences, and virtual training to diverse technical audiences.
• Provide support for course development, including researching products, providing subject matter expertise, and reviewing training content.
• Create, update and maintain slides and lab exercises for client-directed training.
• Assist in updating all curricula as necessary.
• Assist in updating course descriptions, study programs and other materials related to external training.
Minimum requirements
• 5 years of consulting experience.
• 5-10 years of experience in ICT with a focus on cyber security solutions (firewalls, intrusion detection systems, endpoint protection, security information system and management).
• Ability to train students and evaluate their technical capabilities, processes and procedures.
• Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-moving and demanding environment.
• Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and clearly articulate these technical concepts in live presentations.
• High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and follow-up skills.
