Job Description

- Compliance to client office timings 0830 – 1630 from Mon – Fri at ADEK HQ.
- Overall Project performance, project improvement plans, team performance, team vacation plans submissions and approvals form ADEK.
- Submission of HSE Inspection plan and SRA Audit plans quarterly for approval of ADEK.
- Ensuring implementation of approved plans and in case of deviation, escalating to ADEK for support.
- Review and notify the reports through ‘COMPLAINCE SYSTEM’ to the entities within 1 day from the date of submission.
- Ensuring maintenance of quality of the inspection / audit reports as per QA/ QC requirements of contract.
- Ensuring timely submission, review, approval and notification of reports, closure of NCs, form A, C and form F through system from the team.
- Conducting incident investigations within 2 days of notification from AL ADAA and submission of investigation report within 2 days from the date of investigation
- Follow up with entities for action plan implementation evidences after ADEK notifies to entities.
- Weekly review with project team for the project performance and improvement plans for closure of inspections & audits.
- Resources planning, if necessary, for inspections, audits etc.
- Proposing improvement plans / modification plans to ADEK on Inspection Checklists, NC logs, forms, formats, etc as required.
- Planning and conducting project progress meetings weekly on status updation and improvement plans quarterly with ADEK team.
- Monitor, assess and report project team performance against KPIs to Operations Manager, AUH.
- Monitor, assess and report the performance of sub-contractor’s resources / activities to Operations Manager, AUH.
- Preparing, submitting and getting approval of proposals for the additional tasks out of the contract for implementation and invoicing.
- Payment follow-up with ADEK as per the contract terms and conditions.
- Submission of leave plans to Operations Manager, Abu Dhabi with prior approval form ADEK.
