Project Manager - Fit Out

Ø Plan and manage fit out projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, resource management, and quality control

Ø Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met

Ø Manage and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project goals are achieved - Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays

Ø Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle

Ø Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships through effective communication and project delivery

Ø Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality, and to address any on-site challenges

Ø Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project delivery

Ø Monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programs.

Ø Ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other relevant government authorities to achieve delivery objectives

Ø Oversee day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site progress and the work of any stakeholders.

Ø Have sufficient technical knowledge and awareness of details to be able to recognize when technical problems may arise and initiate appropriate corrective actions.

Ø Oversee and control the quality of work progress as per the standards and issue NCRs when and as necessary.

Ø Manage fitout projects including all required multiple-craft custodial and project services in order to deliver on up project goals

Ø Oversee relations with project managers, consultants, contractors, and vendors

Ø Monitor compliance with contractual terms and measures taken to control costs; perform quality control to ensure adherence to industry standards
