Project Manager Electrical Substation

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our Electrical Substation projects . The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project from initiation to completion ensuring timely delivery budget adherence and highquality standards. Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning:
   
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope schedule budget and resource requirements.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives deliverables and success criteria.
  
2. Team Leadership:
   
• Lead and motivate crossfunctional project teams providing clear direction and support.
  
• Foster a collaborative and positive working environment encouraging teamwork and communication.
  
3. Budget and Cost Management:
   
• Manage project budgets tracking expenses and ensuring cost control measures are implemented.
  
• Work closely with the finance department to monitor financial performance against project budgets.
  
4. Schedule Management:
   
• Develop and maintain project schedules identifying critical path activities and milestones.
  
• Monitor progress and implement adjustments as needed to ensure ontime project delivery.
  
5. Quality Assurance:
   
• Establish and enforce quality standards for design engineering and construction activities.
  
• Conduct regular inspections and reviews to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  
6. Risk Management:
   
• Identify and assess project risks developing mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
  
• Implement risk management plans and monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle.
  
7. Client Communication:
   
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients providing regular updates on project status addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
  
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  
8. Health Safety and Environmental Compliance:
   
• Ensure adherence to health safety and environmental regulations and standards.
  
• Implement and oversee safety programs to minimize risks on the project site.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Project Management or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
  
• Proven experience in managing electrical substation projects within the EPC industry.
  
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  
• Indepth knowledge of electrical substation design construction and commissioning processes.
  
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
